About The Chef

Chef Roy Martin has over 30 years experience in the cheffing and restaurant management industry. When asked about his culinary philosophy, his response was, "cook and serve with heartfelt love and passion! Your clients will feel it in every aspect of their experience !"

He is not formally trained in the culinary arts but self taught by his father, Master Chef Robert Martin. He has taken that early hands-on training and developed it into a culinary force to be reckon with.
